Team awarded grant to co-design ethical mental health LLM for youth

Congratulations to the main grant applicant (and my PhD advisor), Dr. Caroline Figueroa!

Under Dr. Figueroa’s leadership, I will be part of a team of computer scientists, ethicists, designers, and psychology researchers for the action research project titled “AI-based Digital Health Assistants for Preventive Youth Care.” We are also fortunate to partner with Gro-up Youth Work, a youth care organization in the Netherlands.

This project was selected upon a call for proposals from Healthy Start. Healthy Start aims to improve the "future for new generations" and is part of Convergence, the research alliance between Erasmus Medical Center, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Delft University of Technology.
